Naqadeh: Morad Ostovar Released on Bail

Morad Ostovar, a resident of Posveh (a district of Piranshahr), has been released from Naqadeh Prison on bail.

According to Kolbarews, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, Morad Ostovar was released from Naqadeh Prison after posting bail.

The report states that following the completion of his interrogation in one of Urmia’s security detention centers, he had been transferred to Naqadeh Prison.

As of the time of this report, the reasons for his arrest and the charges against him have not been disclosed.

Morad Ostovar, 45 years old, married and father of two, was arrested by security forces at his home on January 21, 2025.
