Kermanshah: Interrogation Session Held for Teacher Activist Abdollah Rezaei

An interrogation session for Abdollah Rezaei, a teacher activist from Harsin County, was held at the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of the city. He was released on bail after being formally charged.

According to Kolbarnews, citing the Coordinating Council of Iranian Teacher Trade Associations, on Monday, March 10, 2025, Abdollah Rezaei was charged with “propaganda against the regime through organizing illegal gatherings.” He was then released on 1 billion tomans bail.

The case against him was initiated following a complaint by the Intelligence Organization of the IRGC in Kermanshah Province. His file has now been referred to Branch 16 of the Kermanshah Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office for further legal proceedings.

Rezaei had previously received a summons to appear in court regarding this case.

As a teacher activist and a board member of the Harsin Teachers’ Union, he has faced legal actions in the past due to his activism.
