Kermanshah; Death of Kamran Naderi During Nationwide Protests

Kamran Naderi, a 50-year-old citizen from Islamabad-e Gharb in Kermanshah Province, is identified as another victim of the nationwide protests in Kermanshah.

According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, Kamran Naderi, a 50-year-old teacher from Islamabad-e Gharb County, was targeted during nationwide protests in the “Elahiyeh” district of Kermanshah by direct fire of live ammunition by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic, was shot in the abdomen, and lost his life.
The body of this citizen was buried on Friday, January 9, 2026, under security measures, in the cemetery of the village of “Jozanjirk,” a district of Islamabad-e Gharb.
Kamran Naderi was a teacher in the Ministry of Education and has a 16-year-old daughter.

After the killing of this teacher, his family faced security pressures during the process of receiving the body and holding the burial ceremony, and security institutions attempted to prevent independent reporting about the details of this death.
