Divandarreh: Fouad Moradi Released on Bail

Fouad Moradi, a citizen from the city of Divandarreh, was temporarily released from prison on bail after 40 days in detention, pending the completion of judicial proceedings.

According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, Fouad Moradi, a resident of the village of Kileh Kabud, a district of Divandarreh, was released from the city’s central prison after 40 days of detention. His release was granted upon posting bail.

Fouad Moradi had been arrested by security forces in Divandarreh on Sunday, June 15, 2025, and was taken for interrogation to the Shahramfar security detention center in Sanandaj.
After the interrogation process ended, he was transferred to Divandarreh Central Prison.

It is worth noting that during his detention, he was denied access to legal counsel and family visits.
