According to Kolbarnews, on the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, at around 9:00 p.m., the family of Yousef Bakhshi found his body on the street; he had lost a large amount of blood and had been directly shot in the heart. The family immediately transferred him to the hospital, but Yousef died only five minutes after arriving at the hospital, in his brother’s arms.
According to informed sources, in order to prevent the seizure of the body by security institutions, the family, despite many difficulties, discharged his body from the hospital, and he was buried on Saturday, January 10, 2026, in Quchan.
Yousef Bakhshi was a shopkeeper in Chalus and had migrated to this city with his family several years earlier for work. After the state killing of their son, the family is grieving and in deep mourning.
