Matin Hassani, a resident of Bukan, has been summoned to Branch 101 of the criminal court of this city.
According to Kolbarnews, based on a recent summons issued by Branch 101 of the Bukan criminal court and delivered to Matin Hassani on May 5, 2024, Mr. Hassani has been requested to appear on May 16, 2024, to defend against charges of “enticement of people to war and massacre with the intention of undermining national security and anti-government propaganda” in the mentioned branch.
Matin Hassani, a resident of Bukan, was summoned to the courthouse of this city in March 2024 to obtain his final defense regarding the charge of “anti-government propaganda.”
Matin Hassani was arrested by security forces without a judicial order at his family home in January 23, 2024, and after a month, he was released from Bukan Prison on bail.
At the age of nineteen, during the nationwide protests of October 2019 in Bukan, he lost one of his eyes due to a bullet injury.
