Rahim Shah-Mohammadi, a resident of Bukan, along with his two sons, Sardar Shah-Mohammadi (17) and Mohammad Shah-Mohammadi (18), have been detained by Islamic Republic security forces for more than eight days, and no information is available regarding their fate or place of detention.
According to Kolbarnews, Rahim Shah-Mohammadi and his two sons were arrested about eight days ago by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
Based on the information received, the family’s efforts to learn about their whereabouts and condition have so far been unsuccessful. These three family members are being held in undisclosed locations and have been denied access to a lawyer and contact with their family.
As of the time of publication of this report, the reasons for the arrest and the charges brought against Rahim Shah-Mohammadi and his two sons remain unknown.
