Soran Yousefi, a citizen from Bukan County, has been arrested and transferred to the central prison of the county to serve his four-year prison sentence.
According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, Soran Yousefi, a 37-year-old resident of the village of “Salamat” in Bukan County, was arrested for the enforcement of his prison sentence and transferred to the county’s central prison.
Mr. Yousefi had previously been sentenced by Branch 2 of the Bukan Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Fakhri, to four years of discretionary imprisonment on the charge of “propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
Soran Yousefi was initially arrested on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, by security forces and, after four days, was temporarily released on December 18 of the same year upon posting a bail of 600 million tomans, pending the completion of legal proceedings.
