Emad Heydarian, Hadi Najafinejad, Fereshtah Mansourinia, and Danial Bashi, four citizens from Ilam Province, have been violently arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic without judicial warrants, and to date no information is available regarding their condition, place of detention, or possible charges.

According to Kolbarnews, between 5 and 18 January 2026, four citizens from Ilam Province Emad Heydarian, Hadi Najafinejad, Fereshtah Mansourinia, and Danial Bashi were arrested by security forces of the Islamic Republic without judicial warrants and in a violent manner. Since their arrest, no information has been made available about their condition, place of detention, or potential charges. They are being held in undisclosed locations, and after periods ranging from one week to more than 18 days, their families and relatives remain completely uninformed about their situation.
Details of the detainees:
Emad Heydarian, son of Behzad, 20 years old, from Zarneh, a district of Ivan County; arrested on 5 January 2026; period of enforced disappearance: 22 days.
Hadi Najafinejad, 32 years old, from Ivan-e Gharb; arrested on 13 January 2026; period of enforced disappearance: 14 days.
Fereshtah Mansourinia, 36 years old, from Sarableh; reportedly arrested on Thursday, 8 January 2026; period of enforced disappearance: 18 days. She has previously served a six-month prison sentence.
Danial Bashi, 20 years old, from the village of Ganjeh, in Badreh County; reportedly arrested on 18 January 2026; period of enforced disappearance: approximately one week.
All detainees continue to be held in undisclosed detention centers under security pressure, without access to their families or legal counsel.
