Marivan: Continued Detention and Lack of Information on Aryan Narizadeh’s Whereabouts

Aryan Narizadeh, a 30-year-old resident of Marivan, has been forcibly disappeared for 58 days following his arrest by Iran’s Intelligence Ministry.

According to Kolbarnews, Narizadeh was detained on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, when intelligence agents raided his family home in Marivan. He was reportedly transferred to a detention facility operated by the Intelligence Ministry in Sanandaj.
The arrest took place without the presentation of a judicial warrant.

Despite nearly two months having passed, no information has been made available regarding Narizadeh’s condition, whereabouts, or legal status. Authorities have not disclosed any charges against him, and he has been denied access to legal counsel and family contact.

The ongoing incommunicado detention has heightened concern among his family and rights organizations.
