Hiwa Amini, Rahman Rahimpour, and Bahman Feizi, three residents of Saqqez, have been released on bail after one month of detention.
According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, February 27, 2025, these three individuals were temporarily released from Saqqez prison until the completion of their legal proceedings. They had previously been transferred from Shahramfar detention center in Sanandaj to the central prison of Saqqez after interrogation.
Reports indicate that during their detention, they were denied access to legal representation and family visits.
On Wednesday, January 29, 2025, the three were arrested by security forces in Saqqez without a judicial warrant and were taken to a security detention center in Sanandaj for questioning.
