Amjad Salehzadeh, a citizen from Saqqez, has been arrested by agents of the Intelligence Department.
According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, November 2, 2025, Amjad Salehzadeh, a 38-year-old resident of Saqqez, was detained by intelligence agents at his mobile phone shop in the city.
Reports indicate that Salehzadeh has been arrested multiple times in the past by security agencies.On Tuesday, January 22, 2025, he was violently detained by the Intelligence Department and, after four months and three days in custody, was temporarily released from Saqqez Prison on May 24, 2025.
Earlier, in April 2024, Branch 1 of the Saqqez Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Javad Mostafaei, sentenced him to three months in prison on the charge of “propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
It is also noted that on March 16, 2023, Salehzadeh had been summoned to the Saqqez Intelligence Office, detained, and released the following day on bail.
