On Wednesday, January 22, 2025, security forces arrested Dousti and Amjad Geryakhiz, both labor activists and members of the anti-execution campaign, and transferred them to an undisclosed location. The security forces arrested them on the street, without presenting a court order, while they were working at a bakery, allegedly due to their participation in the general strike in Kurdish cities.
