Mohsen Dehar and Zaniyar Shadikhah, two citizens from Oshnavieh, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to Kolbarnews, on Thursday, September 18, 2025, 17-year-old Zanyar Shadikhah and 24-year-old Mohsen Dehar, both residents of the village of “Singan” in Oshnavieh County, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
Based on this report, security forces raided the family homes of these citizens without presenting a judicial warrant and arrested them.
