Marivan; A Citizen Summoned and Imprisoned to Serve Prison Sentence

Omid Faraji, a resident of the village of “Ney” in Marivan County, was arrested following a court summons and transferred to Marivan Prison to serve a four-year sentence.

According to Kolbarnews, Omid Faraji, a 41-year-old citizen from the village of “Ney” in Marivan County, was recently arrested after being summoned to court and transferred to the central prison of Marivan to begin serving his four-year sentence.

Faraji was previously detained by security forces on Sunday, August 18, 2024, and after nearly 43 days in custody, was temporarily released on bail of 1.3 billion tomans on Sunday, September 29, 2024, pending the completion of judicial proceedings.

Omid Faraji is married and has one child.
