Bahman Naderi, a resident of Kermanshah, has been summoned to Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of this city.
According to Kolbarnews, Bahman Naderi has been summoned to the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah.
Based on the notification issued by Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah and served to Bahman Naderi, he must appear in court on May 8th, 2024, to present his final defense regarding the charge of “propaganda against the system” in the mentioned judicial authority.
In April, Bahman Naderi was sentenced by the Revolutionary Court to six months of imprisonment and fined.
Bahman Naderi was arrested on September 12th, 2023, on the verge of the nationwide protests of 2022 by the agents of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Intelligence Organization and was temporarily released after a week with the deposit of a 500 million Tomans bail.
Also, on January 28th, 2024, this citizen, after being summoned to the Fourth Branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Kermanshah for posting a call for boycotting the elections on social media, was charged with “propaganda against the system” and ultimately was temporarily released after depositing a bail of 400 million Tomans.
Bahman Naderi, born in May 1990, is married.
