According to Kolbarnews, on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, Bahman Naderi, a citizen of Kermanshah, was released on a temporary basis after posting the bail amount.
He was initially arrested on September 10, 2024, ahead of the second anniversary of the Jina revolutionary movement, without a court order, by security forces.
Following his arrest, Naderi was taken to the Kermanshah intelligence detention center for questioning and was later transferred to Dieselabad Prison after one month.
In April-May 2024, he was summoned to the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Kermanshah on charges of “propaganda against the regime.” On January 28, 2024, he faced additional charges at the Fourth Branch of the Kermanshah Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office for allegedly calling for an election boycott on social media. He was temporarily released on bail of 400 million tomans following his arraignment.
Naderi was sentenced by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court in Kermanshah to six months in prison and an eight-million-toman fine for “propaganda against the regime.”
