Kermanshah: Bahman Naderi Sentenced to Suspended Prison Term and Fine

Bahman Naderi, a resident of Kermanshah, has been sentenced by Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah to a one-year suspended prison term and a monetary fine.

According to Kolbarnews, a recent ruling issued by the court and conveyed to Naderi on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, found him guilty of “propaganda against the regime.” He was sentenced to a one-year suspended prison term and ordered to pay a fine of 10 million tomans.

Bahman Naderi was summoned to the court in mid-May 2024 following an official notice. On September 10, 2024, he was arrested by security forces and transferred to the IRGC Intelligence Detention Center in Kermanshah. After completing the interrogation process, he was moved to Dieselabad Prison in Kermanshah.

On November 1, 2024, Naderi was released on bail set at 600 million tomans. Born in May 1990, Naderi is married and has a history of previous arrests and judicial encounters.
