Kawan Sabouri (17), Ouraz Zamani (17), Behrouz Rashidi (17), Soran Mozaffari (17), and Payam Hosseini (17) have been transferred to the Shahramfar security detention center in Sanandaj. Ehsan Sabouri (17) has been transferred to the Sanandaj Juvenile Correctional Center.

According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, September 14, 2025, five detained children from Kamiyaran, Kawan Sabouri (17), Ouraz Zamani (17), Behrouz Rashidi (17), Soran Mozaffari (17), and Payam Hosseini (17), were moved from the Kamiyaran Intelligence Detention Center to the Shahramfar security detention center in Sanandaj for interrogation.
Another 17-year-old, Ehsan Sabouri, was transferred to the Sanandaj Juvenile Correctional Center. Security forces are reportedly refusing to provide any information about them to their families, heightening the families’ concerns.
On Monday, September 8, 2025, Soran Mozaffari, from Kamyaran, along with Ouraz Zamani (17) and Behrouz Rashidi (17), both from the village of Palangan in Kamiyaran county, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location. According to the report, Soran Mozaffari suffers from diabetes and requires regular insulin injections.
On Thursday, September 11, 2025, Payam Hosseini (17), from the village of Lon Sadat and a resident of Kamiyaran, was arrested by security forces and taken to an unknown location.
In the early morning of Friday, September 12, 2025, Kawan Sabouri (17) and Ehsan Sabouri (17), both from the village of Gazorkhani in Kamiyaran county, were arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
It is noteworthy that the security forces raided the private homes of these six children without presenting a judicial warrant and carried out their arrests with violence.
As of the time of this report, the reasons for their arrests, their places of detention, and the charges against them remain unknown.
