As a result of a collision between a Sukhtbari Nissan pickup truck and a Peugeot 405 on the Iranshahr–Nikshahr road, which caused both vehicles to catch fire, three citizens including two Sukhtbars lost their lives.

According to Kolbarews, on the evening of Wednesday, November 5, 2025, a Sukhtbari Nissan pickup collided with a Peugeot 405 on the Iranshahr–Nikshahr highway. The crash caused both vehicles to ignite, killing three people, including two Sukhtbars.
The two deceased Baloch Sukhtbar have been identified as Mohammad Zeinoldini, 20 years old, son of Emambakhsh, and Nima Zeinoldini, about 20 years old, son of Abdollah, both from the village of Kochaki in Lashar County.
The third victim has been identified as Noormohammad Zeinoldini, about 50 years old, from the village of Zeinoldini in Qasr-e Qand County.
It is reported that following the collision, both vehicles caught fire, and the two Sukhtbars died in the flames. According to the report, Noormohammad survived for about half an hour after the fire started, but due to the late arrival of an ambulance and lack of immediate medical care, he also lost his life.
Sukhtbari is considered one of the unconventional and dangerous jobs that many Baloch people in Balochistan have been forced to turn to due to the lack of suitable and stable employment. Accidents, vehicle overturns, and direct gunfire from military and security forces are among the dangers that threaten the lives of these Sukhtbars. According to reports from Baloch activists, in the year 2024, at least 375 Baloch Sukhtbars have been injured or lost their lives due to shootings by military forces, traffic accidents, and vehicle fires. Of this number, 240 Sukhtbars were killed and 135 were injured, representing a 55% increase in the number of killed and injured Sukhtbars compared to the year 2023.
