Javad Soori, the brother of Foad Soori, one of those martyrs during the Jina Revolution uprising, has been arrested after being summoned to the Divandarreh Intelligence Office.
According to Kolbarnews, on Sunday, February 16, 2025, Javad Soori was detained after responding to a summons from the Divandarreh Intelligence Office. Reports indicate that he had previously been summoned by phone and was arrested upon his arrival at the security office.
As of the time of this report, the reasons for his arrest and any charges against him remain unknown.
His brother, Foad Soori, was shot and killed on November 19, 2022, during the Jina Revolution uprising in Divandarreh.
