Arman Moradi, a resident of Divandarreh, was summoned and taken into custody following his court appearance. He has been transferred to the central prison in Sanandaj to serve his sentence.
According to Kolbarnews, on Monday, May 20, 2024, Arman Moradi, a 31-year-old resident of the village of “Darreh Gavan” in Divandarreh and a student at Razi University in Kermanshah, was detained following his appearance at the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj. He was taken into custody to serve his five-month prison sentence.
Arman Moradi was recently sentenced to five months in prison by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj on charges of “membership in Kurdish parties.”
On September 13, 2023, Arman Moradi was arrested by security forces in Divandarreh at his family home in the village of “Darreh Gavan” on the eve of the anniversary of the government killing of Zhina Amini. He was taken to an undisclosed location. After 28 days in detention, he was temporarily released from prison on a bail of 1.2 billion tomans until the completion of his trial.
