The “Mahoor Bafan Baloch” company has reportedly dismissed 21 local Baloch workers under the orders of company management.

According to Kolbarews, quoting sources from Baluchistan, on Sunday, March 16, 2025, the company, located in the Chabahar Free Zone, announced through an internal WhatsApp group that it would cease collaboration with 21 of its experienced local Baloch employees.
Among the dismissed workers, 17 were residents of Chabahar and Tis, who had been working with the company for several years.
The recent decision involved reducing the number of work shifts from three to two, leading to the downsizing of staff. However, the laid-off workers reported receiving no formal warning or alternative opportunities before the decision was enforced.
Reports indicate that the final settlements were processed on March 16, and on March 17, the workers were informed via WhatsApp that they would no longer be required to report to work starting April 2025.
The dismissed workers, primarily locals from Chabahar, have protested the abrupt decision and the lack of sufficient time to find alternative employment. They are calling on authorities to intervene and reinstate their jobs.
