Behrooz Farhang, a resident of Bukan who was arrested by security forces in the city, remains in a state of uncertainty in one of Urmia’s security detention centers.
According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, Behrooz Farhang, a resident of Bukan, was arrested without a judicial warrant by security forces at his workplace on Molavi Sharqi Street, Bukan.
The report states that 24 hours after his arrest, Mr. Farhang made a brief phone call to his family, informing them that he had been transferred to a security detention center in Urmia.
Additionally, security forces searched his tailor shop during the arrest and confiscated his mobile phone.
