Human rights reports indicate that between 2017 and January 2025, at least 86 Baloch children in Iran have been killed or injured.

According to Kolbarnews, citing data from the Campaign of Baloch Activists, 56 children have lost their lives, while 30 others have been injured. Many of these children were under 10 years old and were killed or wounded due to direct gunfire by security forces.
This data highlights a disturbing pattern of systematic violence against Baloch children. Reports indicate that these children have fallen victim to military shootings and attacks on fuel transport vehicles.
Under the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which Iran is a signatory to, governments are obligated to protect children from state violence and ensure their safety. However, the continuation of such incidents represents a clear violation of Iran’s international commitments.
