Zahedan: Fire at a Mandi in the Agricultural Area

A fire broke out at a fuel storage site (mandi) in the agricultural area of Zahedan, causing significant financial damage.

According to Kolbarnews, on the evening of Monday, July 15, 2024, a mandi in the agricultural area of Zahedan caught fire, resulting in heavy financial losses.

The fire occurred while fuel was being unloaded from two fuel-bearing cars. The cause of the fire remains unknown at the time of reporting.

Following the incident, fire brigade units were dispatched to the scene, and local Balochi residents assisted in extinguishing the fire using small fire extinguishers.

In the Balochi language, a mandi refers to a place where fuel is stored and from which Sukhtbars purchase fuel to conduct their business.
