A Baloch teenager drowned in Chahnimeh Lake, located in Zahak County, and lost his life.
According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, a Baloch child drowned in Chahnimeh Lake in Zahak County. His body was discovered and retrieved from the lake after a 19-hour search.
The identity of the child has been confirmed as “Moslem Shirzaei (Khamar),” a 17-year-old resident of the village of Kaftargi in Zahak County.
Local sources report that Moslem went to the lake with some friends to swim in the afternoon. Due to the great depth of the water and his lack of swimming skills, he drowned and went missing. His lifeless body was discovered and retrieved from the water by local residents and the Red Crescent after 19 hours of searching.
