Saqqez; Sentencing of Behrouz Feyzi to Prison by Revolutionary Court

Behrouz Feyzi, a citizen from Saqqez, has been sentenced to eight months in prison by the city’s Revolutionary Court.

According to Kolbarnews, Behrouz Feyzi was sentenced by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Mojtaba Ghaffari, to eight months of imprisonment on the charge of “propaganda against the regime through cyberspace.”

Based on the court ruling, four months of the sentence have been converted to a monetary fine of 10 million tomans, and the remaining four months have been suspended for one year.

Behrouz Feyzi was released from Saqqez prison on March 8, 2025, after posting a bail of 600 million tomans. He had been arrested by security forces on January 30, 2025, and was transferred to Saqqez prison after completing the interrogation process.
