Fourteen Kurdish teacher union activists, have been summoned to the Sanandaj Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office.
According to Kolbarnews, quoting the Iranian Teachers’ Union Coordination Council, Fourteen Kurdish teacher union activists, including Mohammadreza Moradi, Aram Ebrahimi, Sadegh Kanani, Ghyath Na’mati, Nasrin Karimi, Majid Karimi, Salah Haji-Mirzaei, Fatemeh Zand-Karimi, Kourosh Ezati, Faisal Nouri, Reza Tahmasebi, Shahriar Naderi, Behzad Ghavami, and Rezgar Heydari, have been summoned to the Sanandaj Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office.
The summons comes as the second anniversary of the “Jina Revolutionary Uprising” approaches. These activists have been called to the prosecutor’s office on charges such as “assembly and collusion against national security, propaganda against the Islamic Republic, and disrupting public order.”
These teacher union activists have previously faced arrests and judicial actions due to their activism.
