Rask: Release of Two Baloch Students from prison on Bail

Two Baloch high school students who were detained by IRGC forces in Rask County have been temporarily released on bail after 43 days in custody.

According to Kolbarnews, on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, the two 12th-grade students from Firoozabad village in Rask County, who had been arrested at their school on October 8, 2024, were released from Zahedan Central Prison on bail.

The identities of the two Baloch students have been confirmed as Amirhossein Derafsheh, 17, and Adnan Notakzehi, 17, both residents of Firoozabad village in Rask County.

On the morning of October 8, 2024, Amirhossein and Adnan were at Allameh Tabatabai School in Firoozabad when IRGC officers entered the school, detained them, and took them away.

The officers cited their activities on social media as the reason for their arrest.
