Osman Dalsouz and Abdolrahim (Hejar) Dalsouz, two citizens from Piranshahr, were arrested and transferred to Naqadeh prison to serve their sentences.
According to Kolbarnews, on Saturday, July 13, 2024, 66-year-old Osman Dalsouz and his 30-year-old nephew, (Hejar) Abdolrahim Dalsouz, who had recently been sentenced to two years of imprisonment each by the judiciary, were arrested and transferred to Naqadeh prison to serve their sentences.
In May 2024, Osman and Abdolrahim Dalsouz, along with Akam Khezrzadeh, were sentenced to two years of imprisonment each by Branch 102 of the Piranshahr Criminal Court on charges of “membership in one of the Kurdish parties.”
On Wednesday, July 5, 2022, Osman Dalsouz, Abdolrahim Dalsouz, and Akam Khezrzadeh were arrested by Piranshahr security forces and were eventually released on bail after two months of interrogation and the completion of the preliminary investigation.
