Marivan: Haidar Fattahi Sentenced to 37 Months in Prison

Haidar Fattahi, a resident of Marivan, has been sentenced to 37 months of imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of Marivan on charges of “collaboration with Kurdish opposition parties.”

According to Kolbarnews, Haider Fattahi was arrested on Saturday, June 9, 2023, when plainclothes agents from the Marivan Intelligence Office raided his home in the Se-Rah Ney neighborhood, conducted a search, and detained him.

Haider Fattahi endured four months of interrogation and temporary detention before being released on bail of 800 million tomans pending his trial.
