Farzad Hamidi, a 36-year-old resident of Kamiyaran, was arrested by security forces in connection with the general strike of shopkeepers and merchants in Kurdish cities protesting death penalty rulings. He was transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to Kolbarnews, the arrest occurred on Saturday, January 25, 2025, when Intelligence Office forces raided Farzad Hamidi’s home.
