Javanroud: Arrest of a Member of plaintiff’s family of the Jina Revolutionary Movement

Ebrahim Gol-Anbar, a resident of Javanroud and a member of the plaintiff’s family of the Jina Revolutionary Movement, has been arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.

According to Kolbarnews, on the evening of Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Ebrahim Gol-Anbar, the brother of Ismail Gol-Anbar, a martyr of the Jina Revolutionary Movement, was detained by security forces while returning with his family from Tehran to Javanroud. The arrest occurred near Bistoon in Kermanshah, without any judicial warrant.

On Monday, November 21, 2022, Ismail Gol-Anbar was killed by direct gunfire from the Nabi Akram Corps of Kermanshah during public resistance in Javanroud, shortly after the burial ceremony of two other victims of the uprising.

As of now, no information is available regarding the reasons for Ebrahim Gol-Anbar’s arrest, his current whereabouts, or the charges against him.
