Dehgolan: Hikmat Amiri Sentenced to 42 Months in Prison

Hikmat Amiri, a resident of Dehgolan, has been sentenced to 42 months in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Dehgolan.

According to Kolbarnews, based on the ruling issued by the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Dehgolan, presided over by Judge Rostami Ahqar, Mr. Hikmat Amiri was sentenced in early August. The charges against him include “propaganda against the regime and collaboration with groups and organizations opposed to the regime.” Of the issued sentence, 36 months are suspended.

The court session to address the charges against Hikmat Amiri took place in April 2023 in the aforementioned branch.

Hikmat Amiri is an environmental and addiction treatment activist from Dehgolan.
