Two young Baloch girls, aged 8 and 9, lost their lives due to drowning after falling into a water pit.
According to Kolbarnews, on Wednesday, May first, 2024, two Baloch girls, aged 8 and 9 years old, from the village of Jur in the outskirts of Dashtyari County, lost their lives due to drowning after falling into a water pit.
The identities of these two Baloch children are Baran Dehghani, 8 years old, daughter of Tariq, and Marjan Khodkameh, 9 years old, daughter of Liaghat.
Both of them are residents of the village of Jur in the outskirts of Dashtyari County.
According to local sources, “Marjan and Baran had gone to play around the water pit after school was dismissed, which had formed due to recent floods, unfortunately they fell in to the pit.”
Both children were retrieved from the water pit and immediately transferred to the Sanganeh Health Center, but due to the absence of a doctor there, they were transferred again to the Noubandian Health Center. However, due to delays in their treatment, both of them tragically lost their lives.
