Children and students in the village of Korkoch in Chabahar are forced to put their lives at risk by crossing a river without a bridge, using a dangerous method of balancing on ropes.
According to Kulbarnews, residents of the village of Korkoch in the Pirsehrab district of Chabahar county express concern about the dangerous commute of their children to school. These students are compelled to maintain their balance by crossing over a river without a bridge, using ropes tied at a slightly higher point.
This situation goes beyond the risks faced by many parents across Iran when sending their children to school by bus or on foot. However, the situation for students in the village of Korkoch exceeds the dangers that students in other parts of Iran encounter on their way to school.
It is reported that more than six thousand kilometers of the roads in southern Balochistan are unpaved, and most of them pass through river routes. These routes are in urgent need of bridge construction, technical structures, and water fountains at twenty-one thousand points.
