Shirko Tabnak, a resident of Bukan, has been arrested and transferred to Bukan Prison to serve his prison sentence.

According to Kolbarnews, on February 15, 2025, Shirko Tabnak, a former political prisoner and a 36-year-old citizen from Bukan, was summoned to the Execution of Sentences Office, where he was arrested to serve his four-month prison sentence and transferred to Bukan Prison.
Reports indicate that Tabnak was sentenced to four months of imprisonment by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 of Bukan on charges of “propaganda against the regime.”
He had previously been arrested in late December 2024 by security forces and was temporarily released on bail after some time.
Shirko Tabnak had also been arrested earlier on July 14, 2021, and sentenced to one year in prison. He was released from Bukan Central Prison on May 6, 2022, after completing his sentence.
