According to Kolbarnews, on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, Soran Arshad and Hemin Bahrami, 36, from the village of “Gololan Olya,” a suburb of Bukan, were arrested by security forces without any judicial warrant. They were subsequently transferred to an unknown location.
