Bandar Lengeh: Baloch Worker Dies Due to Lack of Workplace Safety

A Baloch worker tragically lost his life following a gas tank explosion in Bandar Lengeh.

According to Kolbarnews, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, Mohammad Abdolkarimi, a 23-year-old Baloch man from the village of Sarsureh in the Paskuh district of Sib and Soran County, died while working at a fishing boat repair company in Bandar Lengeh. The explosion occurred due to a lack of workplace safety while he was repairing a fishing boat’s gas tank.

Mohammad, who had recently completed his military service, had traveled to Hormozgan province to work in a shipbuilding company to save money for his upcoming wedding. He had planned to hold the ceremony in a few months.
